Talking About Mental Health

There are lots of ways you can get involved with Sporting Minds UK and help us raise awareness for positive mental health in young sports people.

You can follow us on Instagram and Twitter, and like us on Facebook. Our leading social media platform is Instagram, where you can interact with our ambassadors and keep up to date with all things Sporting Minds UK.

If you have a friend, fellow team member or family member who you think is having a tough time with juggling their sport and their mental health, and who could benefit from our support, please tell them about us. They can find out about what support we can offer.

You can also support us by purchasing some of our merchandise. This helps us build our brand and create conversations around mental health in young sports people.

As an additional awareness raiser, if you purchase an item of Sporting Minds UK merchandise, and then send a photo of yourself proudly wearing it to @sportingmindsuk on Instagram – we’ll do our best feature you!

Sporting Minds UK will be grateful for donations where any amount of money, however big or small, will be put to very good use to further our work.
