Louis made his professional debut for Gloucester Rugby in April 2018, becoming Gloucester’s youngest ever Premiership player in the process. Since then, Louis has taken the British rugby scene by storm. He has become the club’s youngest player to play a European match, set a new Premiership record for youngest hat trick scorer and was named the ‘Gallagher Premiership Rugby Player of the Month’ for December 2019 at just 18 years old. Louis has continued to go from strength to strength, scoring 20 tries in 32 appearances for Gloucester.
Following his premiership success, Louis earned his first call up to the Wales squad for the 2020 Six Nations. He has since made 9 appearances for his country, including a 2-try ‘Man of the Match’ performance against Scotland in the 2021 Six Nations. Louis’ form for both club and country have resulted in selection for the 2021 British and Irish Lions tour of South Africa, where he will continue to compete alongside the best in the world.
