After coming through the Worcestershire youth system as a prolific performer, Jack earned his first professional contract in 2018 as well as selection into the England Under 19’s squad. In 2019 Jack was the leading run scorer for England Under 19’s and made his first class debut against Australia and several appearances in the County Championship.
