We provide support for all U.K. representative athletes, across all sports, aged 16+ 💪

Emma Raducanu has made the final of the US Open at the age of just 18 - the first British woman to reach a major singles final in 44 years. A few weeks ago when she withdrew from Wimbledon, the media unfairly speculated whether she was mentally resilient enough to ever make it to the top. But she was joining a new generation of athletes showing that they know just how to take care of their well-being to get the best from themselves, leaving no place for outdated attitudes and stigmas. A powerful example of treating mental and physical health as one.

It was revealed over the weekend that the official waiting list for NHS mental health care, which stands at 1.6 million people, includes 374,000 under-18s.
An estimated 8 million people in total in England with mental health problems cannot get specialist help because they are not considered sick enough to qualify.
